“Jose is a great technician! He is always friendly and in good spirits. He is very pleasant to interact with. Jose is knowledgeable and confident in working on our air- conditioning/ heating unit. He always explains everything that needs to be done and why. Many times he gives us options. And discusses the pros and cons of each. We have been extremely satisfied with Jose. We always request having him. We have been pleased with this company for many years and continue to have confidence in them and the work that they do.”
