Clear drain line & change/clean customer-provided air filter as needed

- Manufacturer Warranty Requirement: Preventative maintenance is required by most manufacturers to keep your warranty valid.
- This Is Not a Repair Guarantee: Maintenance reduces breakdown risks but does not guarantee no future repairs. Any needed repairs will be reported to you.
- Scheduling & Access: Maintenance must be scheduled during business hours. The customer must provide access to all equipment. Dang It’s Hot! will start and stop equipment as needed to perform services.
- Systems Must Be in Working Order: Preventative maintenance can only be performed on properly operating systems. If your system is not cooling or heating correctly at the time of your scheduled visit, a diagnostic service call will be required instead.
